Where Can I Request LiveJournal Layouts Without Having To Be A HTML Genius?

My current livejournal layout is pretty lame and I wanted to spice it up a little, by either getting a livejournal layout from somewhere or finding a good HTML tutorial for livejournal and pimping it myself, anybody know any good places for either of these things?

I recommend the second one, but I think you gotta be a member first. Just add them as a friend and you get access to tons of spiffy layouts!
